AINNECT offers a subscription-based platform that utilizes artificial intelligence to handle inbound and outbound calls. Our services include automated reception, lead qualification, CRM integration, and 24/7 call management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service with prior notice to active subscribers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws, including UK GDPR and PECR
Obtain valid consent before contacting end users
Not use the service for spam, fraud, or unlawful activity

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and software integrated into the AINNECT platform are the exclusive property of AINNECT or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the service during their subscription period. No part of the platform may be reverse-engineered, copied, or redistributed without written consent.

5. Privacy and Security

Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. AINNECT employs industry-standard security measures to protect user data; however, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet or telecommunications networks. Users acknowledge the inherent risks of digital communications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AINNECT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
